3X Planning Opportunities – Leicestershire.


We are seeking dynamic and passionate planners from a Graduate – Principal Planner level for a number of roles in Leicestershire.  


We are in high demand of town planners at a Planner, Senior Planner and Principal Planner level in Leicestershire for 3 positions with different consultancies in the region.


The nature of the role will be dictated by experience and moulded to suit your expertise, however you will be working across the residential, retail, commercial and renewables industries.


Junior candidates will support more senior members of staff in providing planning services to an extensive client base, as you begin to manage your own caseload.


More experienced individuals are expected to work autonomously, and will be able to introduce sufficient amounts of business to the office.   


All of the roles offers a highly competitive salary, bonus scheme, support during your APC (or early days of chartership), and the opportunity to be exposed to some exciting, high profile projects working with a team of highly successful planners.  


Planner Requirements:

You will be a determined, driven graduate from an RTPI accredited masters with relevant planning experience (private sector or public sector).  You will either be a recently chartered member of the RTPI, or a licentiate who is keen to progress with your APC.


Principal Requirements:

You will be MRTPI with 5+ years experience, preferably gained in the private sector however individuals who have worked in the public sector are still encouraged to apply. You will have had a large amount of involvement with residential, commercial, and retail developments. You will be commercially focused, an effective communicator, and have a determination to develop your career within a highly esteemed consultancy.


Commutable locations would include: Derby, Leicester, Nottingham, Newark, Mansfield, Birmingham, Stoke-on-Trent, Loughborough, Chesterfield.
