This role will see you leading a talented Net Zero Carbon and Building Performance team, contributing to exceptional projects, and working alongside some of the most prestigious architects in the industry. From BREEAM Outstanding developments to international sustainability showcases, you’ll play a pivotal role in achieving high-performance, occupant-focused designs that align with net zero goals.

About the Role:

  • Lead and grow the Net Zero Carbon and Building Performance team in Manchester.
  • Work on projects in the UK and internationally, across a variety of building types.
  • Engage with clients and design teams, presenting innovative solutions to drive the net zero carbon agenda.
  • Support work-winning efforts and develop key relationships.

About You:

  • At least 7 years’ experience in environmental design, with a strong track record in delivering sustainable building solutions.
  • A creative mindset with excellent graphical communication and storytelling skills.
  • A first-principles understanding of low-carbon design.
  • A proven leader and team player with outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Recognized engineering or STEM degree, with familiarity with emerging NZC policies and standards.
