18 Nov Associate or Senior Associate
Are you looking to work for a company that values their staff and has a great culture? Are you looking to take on new and interesting projects? Do you want to be part of an award-winning team of Planners? We’ve got an opportunity that ticks all those boxes!
We have an opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate to join an established, independent Town Planning Consultancy. This role can be based in either Hampshire or London, with flexible working in place to support work/life balance.
You’ll be joining a thriving team of planners who work on a variety of projects and will be able to jump straight in. We’re looking for town planners who can build strong client relationships and represent both themselves and the company with confidence. You must be an excellent communicator and a team player. You’ll be a key member of the team and will be supporting and mentoring junior staff. Your professional development will also be supported, with the company covering professional fees and funding multiple CPD events.
We’re looking for candidates with experience in either the private or public sector, who are keen to progress their career. You’ll be engaging on projects across multiple industries, at varying sizes and scales. This is a client facing role and you’ll be expected to provide clear realistic advice with a personalised service.
As well as a salary starting at £65k+ and an annual bonus scheme there is also a host of benefits. 25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays, a day off for your birthday and a company shut down between Christmas and New Year for extra time off during the festive season! You’ll also have private health insurance (including optical and dental), critical illness cover, life assurance and income protection. Not to mention the staff events and parties to reward all the team’s hard work!
This is a great opportunity to join a consultancy who really put their staff first and give you the freedom to develop your career and flourish.
