This is also an ESG role in the true sense of ESG – we’re looking for someone who can work across the E, the S and the G.  Currently services exist across M&A ESG Due Diligence, D&I, Sustainable Procurement, ESG Implementation, Modern Slavery Frameworks and People Compliance with more in development.

To grow the Business Advisory business, you’ll need to gain the trust teams and stakeholders across the parent business and will bring a growing competence within Sustainability and ESG…

Responsibilities will include;

  • Deliver successful engagements for clients with the partners and their teams
  • Capture local insights and collaborate with solution teams to develop/enhance solutions

We’re looking for a Team Player who has a track record of delivering solutions to clients on Sustainability and ESG matters. Some experience with M&A would also be a plus.

With fantastic written, communication and project management skills you will have an innovative and strategic mindset where client care is fundamental in your approach to delivery.  Skilled in influencing and negotiation, you should feel comfortable with ambiguity as the team grows and develops.  An understanding of the complex culture of professional services firms would be useful and there could be some potential travel within the UK and Europe.
