Through their suite of sustainability, supply chain and ESG software solutions, they enable their clients to collect, manage and analyse the data required to inform and support their sustainability journeys. They build long-term partnerships with their clients and constantly develop and innovate to stay ahead of their evolving sustainability management and reporting requirements. The company has a team of specialists that take an active interest in their clients’ ambitions and ensure that their solutions and services enable their success.

In a context of constant change and limited sustainability resource, clients can rely on the team to help them achieve their sustainability goals, and keep them on top of reporting trends, frameworks and legislation. As part of this effort, their in-house team of developers use cutting edge innovation and technology to constantly evolve the suite of software solutions. Headquartered in London, the business is a dynamic entrepreneurial company. They recently expanded, opening an office in New York.

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity to join a London based client services team and they would be particularly keen to hear from applicants who have at least 3 years of experience working in related fields (e.g. carbon management, sustainability, ESG or broader non-financial reporting) and a broad range of knowledge of climate change and sustainability (e.g. policy, methodologies and frameworks, legislative requirements voluntary market developments).

The key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Conduct high-level analyses of clients’ sustainability reporting requirements, providing guidance and education where required.
  • Lead key client implementations of the software solutions, acting as the single point of contact for clients, escalating issues when required and managing team members to meet the deliverables.
  • Support clients with detailed data analysis and handling queries (typically large and complex Excel data sets), identifying opportunities to improve delivery and the overall client experience.
  • Develop and manage credible relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Ensure data and calculated output of the software is ready to be handed over to clients and has gone through the required QA process.
  • Monitor national and international sustainability, ESG and wider non-financial reporting standards and protocols, understanding how policy or reporting schemes impact on our clients.
  • Inform future innovation and development through working with our solutions and leading wider industry research.
  • Support BD process by attending prospective client meetings and presenting the provisioning process, making it relevant for that client.

 Requirements

  • Degree in relatable field (related master study preferred).
