18 Jan Senior Account Manager (Sustainability Strategist)
Lewis Davey is currently working on behalf of one of our clients to recruit a Senior Account Manager (Sustainability Strategist) to join their team. The role involves developing and implementing winning sustainability strategies for clients in the fashion and sporting goods sector in the US, as well as contributing to the expansion of the client's sustainability strategy solutions.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in business development and sales, with a focus on growing key accounts and executing sales initiatives. They will be an experienced and motivated account manager or consultant in the fashion & sporting goods sector (or similar sector) looking for an opportunity to work with top sustainability leaders and experts.
The role is a blend of account management, sales, strategy creation & implementation, and relationship building. The Senior Account Manager will lead and grow key stakeholder relationships, while accelerating the transformation of clients towards sustainability. They will also lead sales processes and business development conversations, as well as leading the implementation of sustainability strategy projects.
The candidate should have an understanding of business strategy and/or strategy consulting, complemented with expertise in the corporate sustainability space. They should be motivated by the challenges of transforming the world’s largest companies into more sustainable businesses and have an entrepreneurial spirit.
