Lewis Davey was working towards fully remote working even before Covid reared its ugly head. We believe it gives us a better opportunity to hire great people and the people that join us more flexibility to live their lives where they want and to work around other commitments like carrying out a school run. Whilst we work remotely, the team at Lewis Davey is connected. We regularly catch up “virtually” and look to get together most months and try to do something a little bit nicer each quarter. Some of the recent highlights include Go-Karting which has to be said was won by Miles Davey (any suggestion of foul play will be disregarded) and Natural Wine & Cheese Tasting Night at Exeter’s Pullo Shop. We tend to get together for various lunches and dinners and on the horizon, we have a night away in the historic city of Bath and, all going well, a fully expensed weekend trip to New York City!
We believe in providing an empowering and autonomous working culture where we encourage everyone to make decisions and manage their own time. We do measure performance data but we are not KPI driven. If you are performing we will let you run with it.
There’s no bell ringing here and we are more “Point Break” than “Wolf of Wallstreet” where we encourage collaboration and working as a close-knit team but we are driven and hold each other accountable as we work towards driving efficiencies in performance. We don’t work volume and we work with clients that value the work we do as “Consultants”. We tend to shy away from large PSL agreements where you don’t have a relationship with a client.
Lewis Davey is looking to hire experienced Recruitment Consultants at Consultant, Senior or Principal Consultant grade.
We currently work across Europe and North America but would also be open to consultants who have global experience elsewhere.
We’re consider consultants who have some exposure to any of our key industries; sustainable buildings, corporate sustainability & ESG, climate change, renewables and energy, e-mobility / EV, responsible investment, energy management.
