Whilst we work remotely, the team at Lewis Davey is connected. We regularly catch up “virtually” and look to get together most months and try to do something a little bit nicer each quarter. Some of the recent highlights include Go-Karting which has to be said was won by Miles Davey (any suggestion of foul play will be disregarded) and Natural Wine & Cheese Tasting Night at Exeter’s Pullo Shop. We tend to get together for various lunches and dinners and on the horizon, we have a night away in the historic city of Bath and, all going well, a fully expensed weekend trip to New York City!
We believe in providing an empowering and autonomous working culture where we encourage everyone to make decisions and manage their own time. We do measure performance data but we are not KPI driven. If you are performing we will let you run with it.
