Currently, they are looking for a planner to join them on a permanent basis and are offering a competitive salary to the right candidate. This opportunity will afford the chance to work on sensitive development schemes along with the prospect to gain invaluable experience in this field. The successful candidate will be joining a dynamic, close knit planning and design team and will be contributing to the outstanding service our client delivers. The tasks for this role include the delivery of planning applications, liaising with land and property developers, assessing the viability of sites and using an understanding of the areas planning policy to work with the local plan.

Some travel will be required for this role, so a full driving licence is an essential feature required. The ideal candidate will have had a minimum of four years’ experience within the planning industry either within the private or public sector, and should have knowledge and experience of both development management and strategic planning.
