Description

Our client is a leading planning consultancy operating in West Yorkshire. Over the years they have built a well-respected practice which works with clients at the medium to large scale. Due to an impressive workbook, and through their desire to grow they are looking to appoint two planners to join their successful team.

Their current requirements are in their Development Management team and therefore they are looking for candidates who can manage complex planning application and appeals. Their work has typically been led by residential schemes, but they now have an enviable profile in Commercial, Leisure and Hospitality and have always had an impressive number of consultants trained in EIA.

They are currently looking for both a Planner/Senior Planner and also an Associate. Whilst the roles will sit in the same team, the Associate level role is open to ambitious and determined experienced professionals who want to influence the management structure of the team in years to come. The same could be said of the Planner/Senior Planner but there will be an expectation that in this role you will be more technically focussed.

This is a great opportunity to join an established consultancy with fantastic projects (over 30,000 new homes, over 15m sq ft of commercial space, etc) at a time when they are looking to grow further.

All dialogue will be dealt with confidentially.
