This opportunity has excited us…
A dedicated sustainability consultancy working with leading real estate investors, developers, social housing providers and large corporates has engaged Lewis Davey to secure an Energy & Sustainability Consultant at Associate Director level.
Our client is a unique and rapidly expanding practice working across Sustainability Assessment (BREEAM, SKA, LEED), Corporate Sustainability (sustainability reporting, benchmarking, GRESB, sustainability strategy, carbon footprinting) and Energy (Energy Strategy, thermal modelling, energy management, district heating).
We are looking for someone with significant experience of Energy within the built environment to join their senior management team and play a leading role in shaping and driving the business forward. The successful applicant will benefit from profit share and have the future opportunity for equity.
You will be working in a diverse role. First and foremost, you will be leading and delivering on our clients energy modelling work within the built environment and at planning stage. You’ll be a seasoned user of thermal modelling software such as IES, familiar with overheating, daylight analysis, SAP calculations, SBEM and so forth. However, this isn’t your usual Energy Modeller type of role, you will have a much broader remit and have the opportunity to work on existing build work around energy management and ESOS in additional to district heating. You will bring in energy strategies into significant masterplans, making connections with social value and climate change mitigation strategies. You’ll be someone who can think laterally about energy and, since this is a leadership role, you will have some commercial nous as you will be imputing into company P&L.
It’s essential you have worked in a consultancy environment.
