We are looking for a Flood Risk and Drainage Consultant to join a unique sustainability development consultancy based in London. The ideal candidate has already worked in a similar role and now looks to expand their horizons further.
As a part of this role, you will be expected to develop a blend of skills around the sustainability and energy aspects of the built environment such as developing energy and sustainability strategies for GLA, daylight, sunlight and overshadowing assessments, SAP, SBEM, Part L, etc.
Therefore, knowledge and understanding of building regulations, renewable and low carbon technologies in the context of property, building physics and the UK planning system would be advantageous.
This is a distinct opportunity allowing you to build on an existing set of skills and develop your professional skills further.
