Description

Our client, a small but growing private consultancy in Cheshire are on the lookout for a Planner to join their growing team.

As an active member of the planning team, you will be working under the guidance of their Senior Planning Consultants.  You will be responsible for getting the job done, by supporting the planning team in providing clients with the best opportunity for success by undertaking a variety of technical and administrative functions. You will be responsible for drafting reports and, monitoring progress and developments within planning authorities.  

 

About you:

  • At least 1 years’ experience in a professional Town Planning environment.
  • Private sector or Local Authority background considered.
  • Demonstratable knowledge of the planning system and current planning legislation
  • Associate of the RTPI or RICS
  • Planning Degree

 

Rewards:

Basic salary in the range of circa. £30,000 per annum along with benefits.
