We are currently seeking a Sales Operations Manager for our client, a purpose and value driven company focused on the Low Carbon Industry.
The role will involve the smooth management and execution of the sales process whilst being able to demonstrate efficiency in the management of winning bids and tenders. This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate who has 3+ years working in a operations role with strong experience in the use of CRM (E,g, Salesforce).
Although a sales background is ideal the position is more suited to someone looking to take a step out of the business development and Sales Executive side and use their knowledge and experience to manage the operational side to ensure a smooth process.
- Minimum of 3 years within Sales Operations or similar role
- Strong knowledge of CRM (Salesforce etc)
- Background in consultative sales is beneficial
- Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills
- Experience in dealing with bids and tenders and managing the RFP's process
