Lewis Davey is delighted to be working with one the most exciting and rapidly expanding consultancies operating within commercial real estate as they look to make multiple hires into the business. We’re looking for Energy Consultants in London and a Senior Energy Consultant in the Manchester area.
As a Senior Energy Consultant, aspiring applicants will bring a wealth of experience in the energy auditing of commercial buildings of significant commercial real estate portfolios.
Working typically with large investment managers / asset managers and large corporate clients who have large property portfolios, you will play an integral part in delivering energy consultancy and wider sustainability support to some significant businesses on a pan European level.

You will be working in a dedicated energy & sustainability business with like minded people and great career prospects. This isn’t a slow moving, stuffy corporate role where you are a small cog in a big machine but a nimble, fast moving, innovative business – you might have to work harder but the rewards are there for those that excel through attractive bonuses.
The business is operating at the forefront of the industry working on emerging areas such as TCFD, wellbeing, resilience and offering a full turnkey solution from strategy & reporting through to regulation & risk management, to performance improvement and monitoring and reporting. The business has also developed a market leading software proposition.
Applicants should have amassed considerable experience of energy consultancy and/or energy efficiency experience and will be comfortable operating in a client facing capacity, attending sites and carrying out energy audits in commercial buildings for demanding clients who require a best-in-class service.
You’ll be degree qualified in a relevant discipline, ideally engineering, and you will also have familiarity with the background legislation such as ESOS, CRC, EUETS, CCA. Exposure to ISO5001, EMS and ISO14001 would be desirable as would a broader knowledge of environmental and sustainability consultancy including BREEAM In-use, WELL and Fitwell.
Additional language skills would be beneficial.
