Our client is a fast-growing sustainability advisory group operating across Europe. With 100% client retention, and a consultancy offering that works across and beyond compliance, provides turn-key end-to-end energy management, and environmental compliance in addition to in-house design and delivery capabilities for renewable energy projects, this is a great opportunity for a client-facing Sustainability Consultant to provide sustainability advisory services to a number of clients in the property sector across Europe.

You will be advising clients on a pan-European level in terms of how best to approach sustainability across their property portfolios and duties will include project management of services such as renewable energy, energy efficiency, sustainability reporting and strategy, and also delivering environmental compliance/certification such as BREEAM, SKA, WELL and LEED.

Applicants should be degree qualified (2.1 minimum) and benefit from a comprehensive understanding of sustainable buildings. Ideally you will have some project management experience and have familiarity with working in a client facing role. You will be familiar with regulation and policy across energy and sustainability (e.g. GRESB, MEES, CRC, FIT) and ideally qualified as a LEED, WELL or BREEAM AP.  Additional languages is advantageous and you should be willing to travel.

We are ideally looking for someone who has experience of carrying out BREEAM In-use Assessments and whilst we would ideally like to hear from candidates that have experience of this in addition to wider sustainability consultancy work, this does resemble a great opportunity for an aspiring BREEAM assessor to move into something that might be more engaging, diverse and challenging.
