Times are changing and people are starting to look at work differently.  Businesses need to think about how they can differentiate themselves in a competitive marketplace and we are no different.  We need to practice what we preach.

For those seeking full-time work, our Cleantech & Sustainability team offers flexible working weeks, with core hours of 10-4pm but you choose when you need and want to work longer or shorter days.  Why not head off a bit earlier on a Friday to get away for a long weekend?  We believe that if you are enjoying life, you’ll be more motivated and efficient when at work but equally what you put in, you’ll get out.

For those seeking part-time work, we can accommodate.

We have an office in Exeter but it's increasingly likely that we will work remotely from home with flexible and collaborative working spaces post-covid.  We are therefore keen to hear from anyone in the UK and/or further afield who is happy to work remotely and "check-in" virtually.  Wherever you are, if you are comfortable working from home, we would be delighted to hear from you.  What we want, first and foremost, are good people with a track record of consistent billing and delivering honest and valuable work for our clients.

We’re looking for recruiters who have experience of 360 degree recruitment -  winning work and delivering it.  Whilst we have plenty of work currently and an enviable client list, we want recruiters who can facilitate growth and want to build teams around them as the business grows.   Applicants should have some exposure to one of the following areas or, in the very least. experience that lends itself well to it.
