01 May Sustainable Buildings Consultant / Senior Consultant
Lewis Davey is supporting a cool and upcoming sustainability and engineering consultancy operating out of central London. A small practice, the successful candidate will join a creative and innovative team working at the heart of the sustainable buildings industry.
Whilst we are recruiting for a sustainability consultant who can tick the boxes of environmental certification (BREEAM, LEED, SKA), this role offers so much more for the right candidate. You’ll be developing circular economy strategies for buildings and carrying out LCA. You will support projects through planning, developing bespoke sustainability strategies and will help support the design process for net zero carbon.
Applicants should have at least a couple of years of experience in a similar role where you have built a track record in carrying out environmental building certifications / assessments. You’ll hold a relevant degree in architectural engineering, environmental engineering / design or similar and possess detailed knowledge of energy & sustainability planning policy and GLA specific requirements in particular. You’ll be up to speed with the net-zero agenda and know your way around embodied carbon as well as design principles for the circular economy.
Please note that we will endeavour to review your application within two weeks and, if there is interest in your candidacy, a Consultant will be in touch. Unfortunately, due to the significant amount of applications we receive, we are unable to provide individual feedback so if you have not heard from us within two weeks, please consider your application unsuccessful. Thank you for your interest.
