Town Planning Jobs Update and Market Overview – All Active roles – Summer 2016
Summer is here, and the warmer climate brings with it an abundance of senior level roles in the UK Planning Industry. In previous years, to be considered for high ranking Planning Jobs in the Private Sector you would need to have a list as long as your arm of connections, networks and proven business development experience. Whilst this is still highly coveted, many Planning Consultancies are looking to hire experienced Town Planners who can be involved in Client Management, Project Management of major schemes, Technical Delivery as well as Staff Management.
Plenty of the roles listed below are with established businesses with a dedicated client backing. You can feel assured that you will have projects to work on from Day 1, and that you will be given full support as your build your own network and client base over time.
The South and South-East still dominate the Jobs market, but we are seeing more roles open up in the East of England, South Central and North West regions too and even a job in Cardiff (at last!) too!
